We’re excited to introduce you to mood classroom, a free, easy-to-use mental wellness program created specifically for students—grades 5–9. Each 20-minute lessons is designed to fit seamlessly into your day - no extra training required. At the core of the lessons are innovative mood tools, simple emotion regulation skills to help kids better understand and manage their emotions. Each session is relatable, practical, and backed by proven psychological techniques, offering your students fun, engaging ways to handle a range or emotions - from small frustrations to bigger challenges. Mood classroom makes emotional well-being a priority, so your students can thrive inside and outside the classroom.
